LATE SHIPPING

MISLEADING REPRESENTATION


Products not matching their descriptions or photos qualify for a full refund.

Photo evidence is required, and disputes must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Items damaged during transit are eligible for a full refund with photo evidence submitted within 10 days of arrival.

Lost package claims must be supported by tracking information. A dispute must be submitted within 90 days of shipment.

A refund will be issued if the carrier cannot locate the package within a reasonable time-frame.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Eligible if:

1. The original product and desired size are available on ________.

2. Item is unworn, in “as-new” condition with original tags.

Customers pay a $5 return shipping fee. Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. The platform covers shipping for the new size. If the size is unavailable, the sale becomes final.
